Hardware

Demanding needs of new trends in electronics education, forced us to integrate advanced applications of Real Time Systems, Embedded Systems and DSP to undergraduate and graduate education. We have compulsory Digital Signal Processing, Microprocessors, Hardware Architecture, Advanced. Microprocessor Systems, Robotics and Real Time Systems courses in our program. But we want to expand our projects’ range and also develop industry aimed projects.

In YTU Computer Engineering Department, Hardware division, we are working on hardware applications on microcontrollers, processors and DSPs projects such as areas sensors, robotics and control. At the undergraduate level we have compulsory hardware laboratory experiments:

We have 2 students per desk setup in hardware lab. equipped with:

 

  • 1 Cadet Application Board ( can be used in logic and elecronics applications with variable voltage supply)
  • 1 Oscilloscope
  • 1 Function Generator
  • 1.Multimeter
  • 1. DIGIAC Microprocessor (80x86 based) Application Kit
